This is a mitten meant to be worn under the kote. The mitten is made from a sweat absorbent cloth, and absorbs the sweat from your hands during practice, extending the life of your kote. Due to its design it can only be used with Kendo or Jukendo kote, it will not work with the split-finger style Naginata kote.
