The Byakko Ishime Koshirae features a subtle fuchi and kashira design, with an iron tsuba. The sand-cast, a bubble-free 'Habahiro' zinc/aluminum alloy blade is available up to 2.70 shaku in length.

*Iaito are made with an aluminum zinc alloy blade and cannot be sharpened.

This Iaito is by far the best Iaito I have ever owned, perfectly balanced, beautifully done . Although it is called an imitation sword, everything about it looks, feels and perform with authenticity just like a live Nihon to.
Performing the Katas is an absolutely impeccable feeling that I am wielding an authentic sword.
Truly satisfied!
