This Hiranami Koshirae features silver-plated brass Fuchi/Kashira and an iron-made Tsuba with a stormy sea-wave theme, and silver-plated brass carps for the Menuki. Saya lacquer is available in Kuroishime and Chaishime.

Features a sand-casted, a bubble-free zinc/aluminum alloy blade available up to 2.70 shaku. The Tsuka is carefully hand-wrapped with the cotton braid over white Tsukasame and the Sageo matches with the Tsuka color. For those who prefer a Kojiri attachment, this Hiranami Koshirae also offers Kojiri options.

*Iaito are made with an aluminum zinc alloy blade and cannot be sharpened.

I have ordered this Iaito with a few customizations.

Mainly I've replaced the cotton tsuba wrappings and sageo for blue silk. The Iaito is amazing, the quality is really good an it's much prettier than I expected. It's almost an work of art.

I have ordered the Deluxe Iaito Bag, but it already came with a bag, so I found it a bit redundant. I would also recommend ordering the leather Koiguchi-kun if you're going to use it for training and carry it around.

This is excellent work and very beautiful! Tozando is the best!!
