These sageo are some of the finest I've ever owned. They retain shape, and look beautiful when tied. (If you're training in katana, you should know that the sageo is not simply ornamental, right?) Learn how to tie when the sword is worn, and learn how to tie a formal dressing when they saya is on display. (It's more a weave and less of a knot). Japanese blade arts are more than live action role play.
