Hyoga - Rengoku - Slim Jissengata Biotech Shinai

Tozando has teamed up with Kajitani Hyogo to create a new series of shinai expertly made for competition. This series' central axis is the unique tsuka (grip) style applied to each shinai. Unlike other shinai, this shinai uses a koban or oval grip front and a standard round back. This allows for lightning fast strikes and easy hasuji manipulation. 

Kajitani Hyoga would know about what it takes to compete at the highest levels. Starting by winning nationals in middle school, he went on to be the national select champion twice and also the inter-high national champion, also twice! He then competed in one of Japan's highly competitive jitsugyodan or company teams. As of now he is working as a professional kendo instructor.
