All Year Round Aizome Hakama

Aizome dye is beautiful but requires a lot of care and maintenance. These Hakama have been treated to fix the Aizome dye, meaning little to no initial color bleed. This is great for the Kendoka who wants a pair of Hakama that are practical and easy to care for while obtaining the elegance of Aizome dye. The medium-weight fabric is suitable for use all year round and the cotton fabric is comfortable to wear.

great training hakama

These are traditional indigo dye, so they are BLUE in colour and will fade with time. They are of the right weight to hang very nicely during training and are easy enough to care for. There is some blue bleed from the fabric as to be expected. As they are cotton they need to be folded after training to maintain the folds. I prefer the look of cotton and aizome, these look great and the price is very reasonable. Tozando service is always top notch. Very satisfied.
