The Anti-bacterial BioClean Iaido Gi "SAYAKA" is made of polyester blend with Deocell? fiber.
Lightweight, moisture wicking and quick-drying, it also prevents unwanted bacterial growth and odor, keeping your Gi hygienic and clean for a longer period of time. This is the ideal Gi for summer or intensive training.
The Deocell? fiber is a natural cellulose fiber that does not cover the odors, but dissolves and eliminates them thanks to it's anti-bacterial properties. It does this by breaking up the ammonia chemicals which are present in sweat, dissolving and neutralizing the odors.
A natural cellulose fiber, it's very soft on the skin and has a natural PH close to the PH of the skin.
It does not release any dangerous substances, and does not need any specific treatments to keep it's characteristics. The Anti-bacterial BioClean Iaido Gi "SAYAKA" will keep it's anti-bacterial properties even after repeated use and washing.
This Iaido Gi also features the chest-seaming, well-known in Japan as Okumi, which prevents the Gi getting disheveled and keep the shape and the silhouette beautiful, even without the use of tying himo.
Each Gi is hand-made by our experienced tailors at our Nishijin workshop, in Kyoto.
