The Gi is made with a double layer of heavy duty Sashiko Cotton Fabric with diamond stitch for the bottom part, made to be thick and sturdy to withstand even the most grueling keiko. The Sashiko fabric is woven in Japan and has a very high standard in terms of looks and quality. Even though it's double layered, the Gi is still soft and comfortable to wear, and good for practice during the colder months of the year. We have also tailored the back of the Gi without a back-seam, making it seamless, so that it doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable when you fall on your back during Ukemi.
